Recommended Dosage: 300-1200mg

Side Effects: Alpha GPC is both safe and well tolerated in healthy adults. Users have occasionally experienced headaches, fatigue, nervousness & nausea.

Description: L-Arganine is an amino acid that aids in blood flow and Nitric Oxide production.

Science: Astragin works by incrreasing uptate through special absorption sites on the intestinal lumen by up-regulating the expression level of specific mRNA and transport proteins, such as SGLT1 and CAT1.

L-CARNITINE

Recommended Dosage: 500-4000mg a day. (Taking any L-Carnitine on an empty stomach or fasted is ideal. L-Carnitine is most efficient when insulin isnt present, this allows you to get the most fat burning benefits out of the supplement.)
